Monday Card Postponed to Wednesday
Due to the threat of severe weather in the Washington, D.C., area, and in consideration for the safety of participating horses and horsepeople, Monday’s (March 16) harness racing program at RosecroftRaceway has been postponed to Wednesday (March 18).
