FORT WASHINGTON, Md. — Jerry Nock enjoyed a big night on Wednesday’s (Feb. 25) 13-race card at RosecroftRaceway as four horses he owns and trains visited the winner’s circle.
Nock teamed up with driver Lucas Myers, who led all drivers with a hat trick, with Cash Bet Hanover (1:55.3 mile time, $8.80 win dividend), Shakas Pride (1:53.2, $9) and Luckatthebeach (1:52.4, $18.20). Justin Vincent steered Nock’s other winner, Everything B Cool (1:53.4, $16.20).
For his career, the 81-year-old resident of Willards, Md., has harnessed the winners of 496 races since the United States Trotting Association began keeping detailed training statistics in 1991.
